By intentionally limiting the number of assignments we accept, we ensure that every client receives our full attention, never taking a back seat to new endeavors. This unwavering dedication to detail may come at a premium, but it is one that discerning clients recognize and value.

Initial Design Consultation

Our process begins with a complimentary design consultation, offered either in the comfort of your home or at our studios in Abingdon, VA, and Banner Elk, NC. This initial meeting serves as an opportunity for us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your project while providing you with a clear overview of our process, timeline, and associated budget considerations.

2. Planning

Should the proposed budget and timeline from our consultation align with your vision, a design retainer—credited toward your cabinetry purchase—is required to begin drafting and designing all elevations, with up to two revisions included. Once the final design is approved, a 50% deposit is necessary to initiate the production of your custom cabinets.

3. Materials

Each custom cabinet is meticulously crafted to precise measurements tailored to its specific place in your kitchen. Before delivery, which may take up to eight weeks, we thoroughly review the work order to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. If we are not directly involved in ordering appliances, countertops, lighting, or other elements, we take care to coordinate with you and your builder, providing clear timelines to ensure everything aligns seamlessly with the overall plan.

4. Installation

The day your cabinets arrive marks a significant milestone in bringing your kitchen vision to life. Upon delivery, each cabinet is carefully unwrapped onsite for a thorough visual inspection by both you and our team. With every detail precision-measured, our skilled craftsmen commence the meticulous assembly process—aligning cabinets seamlessly side by side and securing them to the walls. Once in place, your kitchen is perfectly primed for countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash, and lighting to complete the transformation.
